Position : Mechanic Assistant (Full-Time) Reports To : Shop Manager FLSA Status : Hourly Department : Agronomy

• Job Summary : The ideal candidate is someone that communicates well, is self-motivated, has a positive attitude, and is well organized. The Mechanic Assistant is responsible for preventative and routine maintenance and repairs on golf course equipment such as mowers, tractors, and utility vehicles, including diagnosing mechanical issues and implementing effective solutions promptly to minimize downtime. This position will collaborate with the Shop Manager to prioritize equipment needs and support daily operations, uphold safety protocols and promote a culture of safety awareness.
