Full-time, permanent
Seeking an experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join the Primary Care Clinics in Seaside on the northern Oregon coast.
Practice medicine in a rural outpatient Primary Care setting. Clinics offer a supportive work environment where you will be able to provide full spectrum care for patients of all ages alongside primary care physicians and advance practice practitioners.
This is an employed position with a competitive compensation and benefits package. Offer incentives for achieving productivity and quality targets. The hospital administration supports a good work-life balance and the medical staff values evidence-based practice.

Knowledge of / Skill / Ability to :

Strong oral and written and interpersonal communication skills.

Organizational and problem solving skills.

Must be able to handle multiple tasks and exercise sound clinical and independent judgments in all age groups served.

Demonstrated experience in area of clinic practice is required.

Excellent written verbal, computer and communication skills are required.

Education and / or Experience :

Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner training program.

Preferably two or more years of experience.

License / Certification :

Current Physician Assistant license for the State of Oregon at the time of hire.

State of Oregon Physician Assistant Prescriptive privileges.

ACLS or BLS required through the American Heart Association.

Must be successfully credentialed by the CMH Professional Staff.

Competitive salary range of $125,000 - $170,000+, based on experience, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Also offer an incentive structure based on productivity and quality metrics.
