Starting Wages : RN I : $37.77 / hour

RN II : $42.81 + / hour, depending on experience

RN III : $44.94+ / hour, depending on experience

Internal Hires : Pay rate will be determined based on applicable personnel rule or union contract terms.

Minimum Qualifications for the Job :

• License(s) : Current State of Alaska Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Certification(s) : Basic Life Support (BLS), T E A M training within 90 days.
• Experience(s) :

RN I : New graduate RNs or RNs with less than one (1) year current acute care or comparable experience, or RN with no nursing experience in the past five (5) years. New graduates will remain at the RN I level for a minimum of six (6) months after the completion of their preceptee program and must promote to an RN II within 18 months of hire.
