Dialysis Patient Care Technician

Schedule overview : Opening shifts begin as early as 5am, and closing shifts end as late as 10pm. Our teammates work 3-4 days / week on a rotating basis with the schedule made well in advance. Shifts range from 10-13 hours in length. Saturdays are rotated - and Sundays we are closed!

DaVita is hiring a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support patients with end-stage renal disease in an outpatient dialysis clinic. As a PCT, you'll provide direct, hands-on care under RN supervision, helping patients through life-sustaining dialysis treatment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care
• Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment
• Set up and maintain dialysis equipment
• Record vital signs and patient data
• Educate patients on treatment and kidney health
• Collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members
