UKG Pro WFM / Dimensions Functional consultant Permanent Fully Remote UKG Certifications (Required)Experience with more than one UKG Pro WFM / Dimensions Implementation(configuration), Rollout, and Support for morethan one customer (Large implementation with more than 100K, multiplecountries, 1000+stores).Hands on Experience with WFD Configuration of Business Structure, Time Keeping, Advanced Scheduling & Forecasting, Analytics & Reports, Device Configuration, Mobile configurationExperience with the following modules in UKG Pro WFM - Timekeeper / Accruals / Leave / Attendance / Attestation / Advanced Scheduler / Activities / Business Structure / Release Management / HyperFind queries / Workforce Genies and calendars / Data Access Control Concepts / Custom ReportsExperience in UKG Pro Configuration and Troubleshooting - Knowledge of product configuration, creating work rules, pay rules, break rules, exception rule, etc. Support changes to existing configurations and build new ones as needed basis.Experience in creating custom reports and experience with data migration to UKG Pro WFM.Experience in handling incidents, problems, changes, etc.Understand how applications support business processes and apply this knowledge to solve defined business problems.Design and deliver high quality solutions through system configuration that meets overall business requirements.Develop documentation for systems and processes.Good-to-Have UKG Pro Integration or UKG Pro WFMCertifications (Required)Experience in Kronos WFCA self-starter and can deliver and be adaptable in understanding functional and technical requirements.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Must have a learner attitude with minimum supervision.Good written & oral communication skills & strong team playerStrong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively manage.
