We are on the lookout for a Technical Account Lead for our platinum account.

Our ideal candidate should be passionate about Data & AI, possess deep technical knowledge and a focus on delivering measurable business impact. This role offers leadership opportunities and exposure to clients in North America, the UK, and Europe.

Mandatory Skills :

• 15 - 18 years in Data & AI services as an Account Lead
• Strong client engagement skills to drive business outcomes & incremental account revenue.
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities
• Deep expertise in Azure, Fabric & Databricks as well as other niche Data & AI technologies
• Design & Implement Enterprise Data Architecture : Architect and implement scalable, reliable end-to-end data solutions using Azure / Microsoft Fabric services, covering data lakes, data warehouses, and ETL / ELT pipelines.
• Data Governance & Security : Establish strong DG frameworks, ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements (using multiple tools).
• Proven leadership in Data Strategy, Modernisation, BI, Analytics & AI
• Proven experience in data & AI projects for insurance & financial services clients
• Ability to lead distributed teams in complex matrix organisations
• Proactive in managing Data & AI delivery challenges
• Ability to work with delivery, pre-sales, and sales teams throughout deal pursuits
