Commercial General Liability Adjuster

A company is looking for a Sr. Commercial General Liability Adjuster.

Key Responsibilities

Handle complex commercial general liability claims and conduct thorough investigations

Identify suspicious claims and provide technical expertise during negotiations and resolutions

Review contracts and leases, and may represent the company at mediations, arbitrations, and trials

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in Commercial General Liability

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience; industry designation preferred

Understanding of applicable statutes, regulations, and case law

Proficient in using computer systems, including MS Office and paperless claims systems

Ability to negotiate effectively and manage time efficiently
