Job Overview
As a Customer Success Manager-Facebook Ads , you will drive client success by ensuring they leverage our AI-driven software and digital marketing solutions effectively. You will be the primary contact for a portfolio of clients, helping them maximize their investment in the PSAI platform. Your focus will be on guiding clients through the setup and optimization of paid social media campaigns (mainly on Facebook), continuously improving campaign performance for maximum ROI.
This role combines customer success, digital marketing expertise, and business development. The ideal candidate is passionate about working closely with clients, coaching them on best practices, and delivering exceptional value to foster long-term satisfaction and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Retention & Relationship Management : Build strong, trusting relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and proactively resolving issues.
- Product Expertise : Become a subject matter expert on the PSAI platform, educating clients on its features and best practices to meet their business goals.
- Paid Social Media Campaigns : Guide clients in developing, executing, and optimizing Facebook Ad campaigns, analyzing key metrics such as CTR, ROI, and cost per lead.
- Digital Marketing Strategy : Advise clients on effective paid social media strategies aligned with their business objectives, leveraging PSAI’s AI tools.
- Business Development & Upselling : Identify opportunities to expand services and collaborate with sales and product teams on new features and upgrades.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work with product, marketing, and sales teams to enhance client success and share best practices.
- KPI Reporting & Optimization : Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
- Customer Advocacy : Act as the voice of the customer, advocating for client needs within the company.

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.Minimum 2 years of customer success management experience.Experience with Facebook Ads Manager and Facebook Business Manager.Knowledge of search marketing industry and paid social ad campaigns.Excellent communication skills.Experience working directly with clients, preferably B2C.Familiarity with Content Management Systems, especially WordPress, is a plus.Project management experience is preferred.Basic understanding of HTML and CSS is a plus.Why Join Us?
