Location : A historic town in New York, situated along the western bank of the Hudson River, southeast of Saratoga Springs. This town characterized by its scenic landscapes, including rolling hills and riverfront views. Approximately 25 miles outside of Albany, the capital city of New York!

Facility : Family Health Center that proudly offers a comprehensive range of health care services for the entire family.

Opportunity :

• Seeking a full-time, experienced Family Medicine Physician to join family health center offering strong practice support, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for teaching and hybrid roles.
• Provide comprehensive primary care services for patients of all ages (pediatrics, adolescents, adults, geriatrics)
• Manage chronic illnesses, injuries, and acute care cases
• Perform routine exams, cancer screenings, immunizations, and lifestyle counseling
• Collaborate closely with an Advanced Practice Provider (APP)
• Participate in a light call rotation with RN triage
• Be supported by hospital-affiliated systems and physician-led governance
• Optionally participate in teaching first-year medical students and precepting NP / PA students
• Opportunity for involvement in hospital medicine and leadership / administrative roles
• Flexible schedule options are available; preference for candidates open to a full-time, outpatient setting with shared call rotation.
• Preference for candidates interested in long-term commitment to the practice.
• Availability to start upon credentialing.
