Glazing Construction Project Manager

Are you an experienced Glazing Construction Project Manager looking for your next big opportunity in a high-impact, high-reward environment? This company specializes in curtainwall, storefront, and glass systems—offering diverse, complex projects ranging up to $12 million, with typical jobs averaging $250k to $750k. You’ll manage between 1 to 28 projects depending on your capabilities, with occasional travel being local with mileage reimbursement. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Glazing Construction Project Manager position include :

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the glazing industry, or solid Construction PM / Superintendent experience with willingness to learn glazing
• Proven experience with curtainwall, storefront, and glass systems on commercial construction projects
• Proficiency with Procore and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
• Oversight of submittals, shop drawings, material orders, pricing, change orders, and billing
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously from $250k to over $1M in value
• Strong organizational and leadership skills to coordinate between field and office
• Comfortable conducting site visits and managing field operations locally
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors

Salary : $60,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
