Job Summary :

The Sr Fleet Business Systems Analyst plays a pivotal role in optimizing fleet operations by evaluating and enhancing processes through technology and data. This role bridges operational needs with digital solutions, ensuring fleet management is efficient, cost-effective, and compliant. The ideal candidate embraces an AI-first mindset , leveraging tools like Copilot Studio to automate workflows, generate insights, and support smarter decision-making across teams.

Key Responsibilities :

• Requirements Gathering and Analysis : Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document business requirements related to fleet operations. Analyze current processes to pinpoint areas for improvement.
• System Implementation and Support : Lead the deployment and support of fleet management systems, ensuring alignment with business needs and user adoption.
• AI-Driven Optimization : Use AI tools such as Copilot Studio to streamline data analysis, automate reporting, and enhance operational workflows.
• Data Analysis and Reporting : Analyze fleet data to identify trends and opportunities. Build dashboards and reports that drive actionable insights.
• Process Improvement : Recommend and implement enhancements that improve fleet efficiency, reduce costs, and support Beacon's values of reliability and care.
• Training and Documentation : Develop training materials and conduct sessions to ensure effective use of systems and AI tools. Maintain clear documentation of configurations and processes.
• Compliance and Regulatory Management : Ensure fleet operations meet regulatory standards and internal policies. Manage licensing and maintain accurate vehicle records.
