Job Qualifications : Experience within wellness, service, and / or retail sector with a proven track record and a desire to help others win. Past sales skills and a desire to build a business to success in an entrepreneurial environment a plus.

• Deliver pre-designed workouts to groups of 1 –6members.
• Continually monitor and assist members to ensure proper form is used when performing exercises.
• Instructs clients during personal training sessions on the safe and effective use of cardiovascular, flexibility and strength trainingequipment.
• Responsible for achieving the monthly personal training revenue goal established by the management team.
• Attend weekly teammeetings.
• Understandshow to administer body scan technology and interpretresults.
• Partners alongside member sales team to promote membershipsales.
• Ensure facility cleanliness andtidiness.

• Your pay will consist of anhourly rate as well as incentive bonuses / commission
