Position Overview :

Position Overview : Empower Memphis is seeking an Academic Success Coach to provide targeted academic interventions and support for students who need additional instruction in literacy and / or math. This role is essential to ensuring that all students are on track for academic success.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Deliver small group or one-on-one academic interventions aligned to student needs.
  • Use assessment data to track progress and adjust instructional strategies.
  • Support teachers with student-specific academic planning and interventions.
  • Collaborate with staff and families to build learning plans for struggling students.
  • Provide positive reinforcement and motivation to help students meet goals.

    • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.
  • Experience with academic intervention or tutoring preferred.
  • Strong data analysis and instructional skills.
  • Passion for supporting struggling learners.
