Orangewood Surgical Center is afast-paced, team-oriented Multi-Specialty Surgical Center located in Orange, California , right off the 57 Freeway near Angel Stadium . Our state-of-the-art facility is dedicated to delivering excellent patient care through advanced surgical technology and a collaborative clinical team. Were seeking a HIGH ENERGY Fluoroscopy Technologist who is passionate about patient care, enjoys working in a surgical environment, and brings a positive team attitude.

Position Summary

As a Fluoroscopy Technologist, you will perform imaging procedures using C-arm and fluoroscopic equipment. Your responsibilities include accurate patient positioning, equipment calibration, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Experience with GE One or other GE fluoroscopic systems is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow physician instructions to determine imaging areas.
• Properly position patients and imaging equipment for procedures including pain management, orthopedics, neurosurgery, and podiatry .
• Adhere to radiation safety protocols for patients, providers, and self.
• Utilize shielding and best practices to minimize exposure.
• Accurately document and maintain patient records.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of radiology supplies; anticipate and order as needed.
• Ensure a clean and safe working environment.
• Track and manage dosimeter badge usage and returns.
• Conduct and document weekly quality control checks on fluoroscopy equipment; report issues to the Administrator.
• Support the Administrator and Clinical Manager with general duties on low-volume days.
