JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS :
The Penn State Alumni Association is seeking a talented and experienced multimedia designer. This part-time position will be situated within the Marketing and Operations unit at the alumni association and will involve providing designs to support the alumni association’s mission of connecting alumni to the University and to each other, providing valued services to members, and supporting the University’s mission of teaching, research, and service.
Responsibilities include :
Qualified candidates will be creative professionals with the ability to succeed on cross-functional, fast-paced teams with multiple deadlines, stakeholders, and complexity. A Bachelor's degree and at least two years of experience in multimedia design or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required, in addition to demonstrable experience with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Candidates should provide a link to a digital portfolio for review as part of their application.

Pursuant to the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act and the Pennsylvania Act of 1988, Penn State publishes a combined Annual Security and Annual Fire Safety Report (ASR).
