The Opportunity

As the Leadership Development : Operations and Change Management Lead, you will collaborate with stakeholders including Leadership Development Leads, EY Global, US Talent functions, and business leaders. Your role involves developing program strategies, ensuring consistent messaging, and leading change initiatives to promote adoption of leadership development programs.

You will also support the Leadership Development Team Leads in strengthening EY's leadership philosophy and deploying innovative solutions that evolve over time.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of leadership projects, ensuring timely and within-budget completion
  • Support development of materials and project delivery across the leadership development team
  • Lead change management initiatives, including stakeholder communication and training
  • Ensure programs are adaptable to change and effectively implemented
  • Engage stakeholders to gather requirements, manage expectations, and align goals
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Establish metrics for program and project success, including timelines and stakeholder satisfaction
  • Manage resources, including team assignments, budgets, and external vendors
  • Develop and execute communication plans to keep stakeholders informed
  • Support the development of leadership language and learning initiatives
  • Align leadership development with organizational goals and employee aspirations
  • Collaborate with global teams and other functions to improve leadership initiatives
  • Lead and develop the Leadership Development operations team
  • Coordinate with L&D operations team and manage interactions across time zones, possibly including non-standard hours and travel

  • Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
  • 10+ years of professional experience, with at least 5 in leadership development
  • Proven track record in creating and executing leadership strategies with measurable results
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and foster collaboration
