We have a tremendous opportunity to lead our thriving practice in the beautiful Baltimore, Maryland area! We are seeking a Veterinarian Medical Director to lead our team.

Our Medical Directors spend 90+% of their time practicing medicine! This position offers a six-figure salary plus production, clinical support, work / life balance, and an Equity Bonus Package valued up to $90,000 — a real investment in your future!

The Medical Director is responsible for providing medical leadership for the hospital, managing associate veterinarians, and assuring regulatory compliance relating to the practice of veterinary medicine. The Medical Director is also responsible for creating an environment of teamwork in which quality medicine and exceptional client service are delivered.

In partnership with the Hospital Manager, the Medical Director is responsible for the financial performance and general operations of the hospital under the guidance of corporate leadership. In addition, the Hospital Manager and Medical Director are responsible for cultivating a supportive and collaborative team environment.

• Generous base pay with no negative accrual (Salary : $100,000 – $150,000. Salary may be negotiable)
