CRNA Job Details – Pennsylvania Healthcare Opportunity

Position : Locum Tenens Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Location : Camp Hill, PA (Harrisburg area)

Assignment Dates : March 2, 2026 – June 30, 2026 (17-week contract)

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 5 shifts per week

Shift Duration : 8-hour (7 : 00am–3 : 30pm) and 10-hour (7 : 00am–5 : 30pm) shifts available

Total Hours : 36 hours per week

Setting : Level 2 Trauma Center, Anesthesia Department

Patient Encounters per Shift : 2–12

Estimated Credentialing Timeframe : 60–120 days

Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist Qualifications

Active Pennsylvania CRNA license required

NBCRNA certification required

PALS certification required

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist

Proficiency in spinal anesthesia and arterial line insertion preferred

Experience with a broad range of surgical cases : general, orthopedic, urology, ophthalmology, plastics, ENT, neurosurgery, vascular, podiatry, electrophysiology, endoscopy, bronch, trauma, cardiac, OB, pediatric, and regional anesthesia

CRNA Responsibilities – Anesthesia Jobs in Pennsylvania

Deliver anesthesia care for diverse surgical caseloads including general, orthopedic, vascular, neurosurgery, OB, pediatric, trauma, and cardiac cases

Perform and manage anesthesia techniques : general, spinal, epidural, regional, and pain management blocks

Provide anesthesia for adult, pediatric, neonatal, and obstetrical patients

Manage post-operative pain, including epidural and extremity blocks

Utilize x-ray guidance for block performance

Perform central and arterial line placement, PA catheter placement, and ventilation management

Evaluate and manage acute volume and blood pressure issues

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team in a fast-paced trauma environment
