The Client Analytics team plays a key role in this mission-driving strategy, uncovering actionable insights, and enabling data-driven decision-making for leading brands across industries such as retail, banking, automotive, QSR, and grocery.As a Sr. Consultant in our Client Analytics practice, you will take a lead role in shaping client strategy by delivering compelling insights through high-impact presentations and executive-level storytelling. You will be the primary analytics point of contact for key client relationships-partnering closely with internal stakeholders and external client teams to uncover business opportunities and translate complex data into actionable recommendations. This is a highly visible, client-facing role where your ability to communicate confidently, build trust, and influence decision-makers is just as important as your technical expertise.Key Responsibilities : Own client relationships from an analytics perspective, ensuring insights are aligned with strategic business goals and presented in a clear, persuasive, and actionable manner.Present findings to executive stakeholders with a polished and professional delivery style, using data storytelling and visualization to drive business impact.Lead the development and application of advanced analytics models such as customer lifetime value, segmentation, propensity, financial forecasting, and attribution modeling.Serve as a trusted advisor by identifying opportunities where analytics can add value and proactively recommending solutions.Translate analytical findings into business language that supports strategic decision-making and continuous internal and client-facing meetings, guiding conversations and answering questions with confidence and credibility.Oversee dashboard / report development and performance monitoring tools to support ongoing client success.Mentor junior team members, provide feedback on deliverables, and support their professional growth.Contribute to proposal writing, pitch decks, and other business development initiatives with a focus on showcasing the value of analytics.Qualifications : 5+ years of experience in analytics, marketing consulting, loyalty strategy, or business / management consulting, ideally in a client-facing role.Bachelor's degree in a related field required; Master's degree preferred.Demonstrated ability to present complex insights to both technical and non-technical audiences, including executive stakeholders.Comfortable leading client meetings, workshops, and presentations with a high level of professionalism and clarity.Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport and influence cross-functional teams.Proficiency in SQL and Python or R; familiarity with Snowflake and Databricks is an asset.Deep understanding of advanced analytics techniques (e.g., supervised / unsupervised learning, statistical testing, simulation, optimization).Experience managing complex projects and collaborating across disciplines.High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with a knack for turning data into engaging visual is proudly recognized as a Great Place to Work and Best Managed Company.
