Registered Nurse - Emergency Care Center

Join our dedicated team as a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Care Center! We are seeking a compassionate and competent nurse who excels in a fast-paced clinical environment. In this role, you will provide a wide range of routine and complex nursing care, set long-range goals, and effectively manage various clinical situations. You will also delegate responsibilities to ensure optimal patient outcomes and support your fellow care providers.

Responsibilities :

• Exceed expectations as a leader, whether it's as a Leader of Self, Leader of Others, or Leader of Leaders.
• Deliver nursing care that adheres to the ANA Scope and Standards of Practice, employing the nursing process : assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
• Address patients' complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs according to your practice level.
• Administer medications and treatments as per established protocols while monitoring for side effects and their effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient histories, symptoms, medications, and care provided.
• Assess patient and family education needs; provide helpful resources and support.

New hires must complete New Nurses Orientation within the first 30 days, and will receive hands-on training under the guidance of experienced nurses. All annual competencies must be verified to ensure the highest standard of care.

Work Schedule : 7AM - 7PM
