Job description

RYVAN Recruiting is searching for a dedicated and results-driven Assistant Director to support Chick-fil-A in Boca Raton, FL. In this leadership role, you will oversee daily operations, drive team performance, and ensure the restaurant delivers outstanding guest experiences while maintaining Chick-fil-A's high standards. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with a passion for coaching, operational efficiency, and fostering a positive, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities : Shift Management : Lead and manage restaurant shifts, ensuring smooth operations, timely service, and compliance with Chick-fil-A standards for quality, safety, and cleanliness. Team Development : Coach, train, and develop team members, providing guidance to enhance skills, performance, and career growth while promoting a culture of accountability and encouragement. Guest Experience : Champion exceptional customer service, addressing guest needs and concerns promptly to ensure a welcoming and satisfying dining experience. Operational Excellence : Oversee inventory, food preparation, and equipment maintenance, ensuring all processes align with Chick-fil-A's operational policies and procedures. Performance Goals : Collaborate with the Restaurant Director to meet financial targets, including sales, labor costs, and profitability, while maintaining high standards of food quality and service speed. Compliance : Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations, as well as Chick-fil-A's brand standards and values. Community Engagement : Support local marketing initiatives and community involvement efforts to strengthen Chick-fil-A's presence in Boca Raton. Qualifications : Experience : Minimum of 2-3 years of leadership experience in a restaurant, hospitality, or quick-service environment; prior management experience preferred. Skills : Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to multitask, problem-solve, and thrive in a fast-paced setting. Education : High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, or a related field is a plus.
