Litigation Attorney

The Workers' Rights Law Group LLP, a division of Carothers & Hauswirth LLP, concentrating in Plaintiff side employment law and litigation, has opportunities for attorneys with 4 to 8 years of litigation experience in its Irwin / Westmoreland County office. Responsibilities of this position include :

• Substantial interaction with clients and opposing parties;
• Conducting legal research;
• Drafting pleadings, substantive legal position letters and discovery;
• Conducting depositions;
• Representing clients in mediations, court proceedings and other administrative hearings; and
• Substantial collaboration with internal attorneys and staff to manage significant caseload.

Excellent writing skills, an ability to handle a high volume of case files, and a commitment to providing superior legal service are basic qualifications. Compensation packages are commensurate with experience and include bonus structure and benefits (health benefits, 401(k)).

Requirements :

Admitted to practice in PA, admission to the OH, WV, NJ, and / or NY bar a plus.

Candidates with 4 to 8 years labor and employment litigation experience is preferred but not required. Litigation experience is required.

Ability to integrate into a fast-team-oriented environment.

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with clients and employees of the firm.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $85,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
