Key Responsibilities

Design and optimize AI conversational experiences aligned with user workflows and goals

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in content design, conversational AI, or related fields

Significant experience in content management systems and structured content

Strong knowledge in Gen AI and LLMs system prompt and output evaluation

Experience in defining and implementing design systems

A portfolio demonstrating problem-solving through product thinking and design strategy
