Providence Medical Group is seeking a full time Family Medicine physician to join the growing team of providers at the expanding West Olympia Family Medicine clinic. - Flexible Monday to Friday schedule with 4, 10-hour shifts; up to 1 day of Telehealth possible
- Outpatient care only
- DAX Copilot AI scribe documentation service available for all clinicians at no charge
- Centralized Triage and In-basket Support
- Team based care with RN co-visits and integrated clinical services (PharmD, BHI, RD)
- Patient-centered medical home
- Shared call 1 : 20 or better
- Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits inclusive of healthcare plans, retirement with employer matching, continuing medical education (CME) allowances, paid time away, relocation for eligible candidates, and more
- Compensation is between $239,937 and $334,397 per year
- The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality / service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them.
