ROLE DESCRIPTION :
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Brian Arends - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Strong problem-solving skills in handling customer concerns, claims disputes, and policy issues, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.Process insurance claims, policy renewals, and endorsements, with an attention to detail.Ability to manage customer concerns with empathy and professionalism, resolving issues promptly while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.QUALIFICATIONS :
Bilingual Spanish preferredPrevious customer service experience preferred.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with customers that walk in.Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple inquiries and tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.Able to obtain Property & Casualty insurance licnese.
