Long-term Care Supervisor – Relocation to Great Bend, KS

A long-term care facility located north of Great Bend, KS is seeking a Long term care Supervisor to join their management team! Details are listed below.

Compensation Range: $85,000-$100,000/yr

Long-term care Supervisor Opportunity:

• Full-time, Direct Hire position
  
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
  
• Setting: Long-term care department
  
• Some Call required
  

Long-term care Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Long-term care Supervisor will work closely with DON and facility management to support safe and efficient care coordination, patient flow and ongoing quality improvement
  
• Demonstrates positive, supportive, and caring behaviors in communication with patients/residents, families, visitors, physicians, staff, and all others
  
• Long-term care Supervisor will handle scheduling, risk management, and additional administrative tasks for the LTC Unit.
  
• They will manage the nursing budget and approve invoices pertaining to staff contracts and approved expenses necessary to sustain operations
  

Long-term care Supervisor Qualifications:

• RN license
  
• 2+ years of RN experience required
  
• 2+ years of Nurse Management in an LTC setting experience preferred
