Position Overview

We are seeking a talented Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in visual design and a passion for creating compelling graphics that elevate our brand identity. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design innovative solutions that meet business objectives and resonate with our audience.

This is a full onsite role, going oinsite 5 days a week in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from concept to completion for various projects including marketing materials, branding, and digital assets.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to create cohesive design solutions that align with business goals.
• Create visually stunning graphics using Adobe Creative Suite, ensuring high-quality outputs for print and digital media.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and design software to continually enhance the creative process and output.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, providing constructive feedback and support in their professional development.

Qualifications

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and / or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
