A company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist responsible for ensuring successful service for patients in a remote setting. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain knowledge of products and services Process orders and verify documentation for accuracy Communicate with patients regarding their financial responsibilities and insurance eligibility Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent One year of experience in healthcare administrative, financial, or insurance customer services Two years of work-related experience for senior level positions Experience with Medicare certified tasks preferred Proficiency in using multiple online EMR systems
