Job Description

As Director of Product Management for Stretch Film, you will own the strategy & roadmap for the Stretch Film Product Line. You'll lead cross-functional execution with Sales, R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance to deliver profitable growth, disciplined portfolio management, and differentiated product launcheswhile elevating price realization, mix, and service performance.

This is a high-impact, visible role for a strategic thinker who thrives in a technical, customer-focused environment and can mobilize teams without direct authority.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Market Leadership

• Develop and communicate a 1- and 3-year strategy for the Stretch Film business, translating market and competitor insights into clear priorities and investment cases.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product requirements and differentiated value propositions.
• Identify growth opportunities and define strategic investment plans.
