Experienced Financial Professional Opportunity

Seeking an experienced financial professional to drive client relationships and growth! Are you a seasoned financial services professional looking to leverage your expertise in a client-focused role? Guerra Wealth Advisors is seeking a mature, experienced Client Engagement & Referral Manager to join our established team of retirement planning experts.

We're looking for a seasoned professional with :

  • 5+ years of financial services experience (banking, insurance, investments, or financial planning)
  • Proven client relationship management and face-to-face interaction skills
  • Sales or business development background with a track record of building trust and generating referrals
  • Professional maturity and the confidence that comes with industry experience
  • Natural ability to ask for feedback, testimonials, and referrals in a consultative manner

As our Client Engagement & Referral Manager, you'll be the bridge between our advisory team and our valued clients, focusing on relationship enhancement and strategic growth. The position fosters client and prospect relationships through the collection of testimonials, feedback, referrals, and reviews! This person will drive engagement, receive quality leads, and qualify opportunities. This is achieved through different funnels of interaction while maintaining a sharp in-person and phone presence. They will also have excellent listening skills and the ability to build a rapport with our prospects and clients.

Offering all-in potential from $45,000 to $65,000 annually. We offer salary plus commissions plus bonuses.

Objectives and Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Excellence : Conduct face-to-face client meetings to gather testimonials and feedback; perform quality assurance surveys to ensure exceptional service delivery; build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and prospects; handle incoming client service inquiries with professionalism and care
  • Strategic Growth & Referral Generation : proactively identify and cultivate referral opportunities from satisfied clients; coordinate and execute follow-up strategies for all client referrals; support marketing events through client outreach and pre-qualification; assist in expanding our community presence through relationship building
  • Operational Support : maintain accurate CRM records and client interaction notes; support prospect management and lead qualification processes; collaborate with advisory team on client communication strategies; participate in ongoing professional development and industry education
  • Experience

  • Minimum 3-5 years in financial services (banking, investments, insurance, or planning)
  • Demonstrated success in client-facing roles with relationship management responsibilities
  • Sales or business development experience with referral generation
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and technology platforms
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
  • Professional maturity and industry credibility
  • Comfortable requesting feedback, testimonials, and referrals
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
  • Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal abilities
  • Commitment to ethical practices and client-first approach
