As subject matter experts, we guide teams in critically evaluating all aspects of delivery, including security, performance, accessibility, and usability.

The Impact You'll Make :

• Lead the automation testing efforts for the Match API platform and its constituent domain services
• Advocate for best practices across disciplines, fostering a quality mindset within the whole engineering area.
• Lead refinement sessions, covering details like acceptance tests, risks, and monitoring. Review requirements to identify gaps, risks, and dependencies. Ensure automation test frameworks are relevant, efficient, and resilient.
• Collaborate with the team to find the root cause of issues.
• Pair with engineers across teams to ensure adequate test coverage during development.
• Help the team estimate test efforts and dependencies during planning.
• Create a collaborative environment where quality is a team effort.
