• Lead with compassion—supporting, coaching, and empowering a team of nurses, therapists, and aides.\n
• Ensure that every care plan is more than paperwork; it's a roadmap to dignity, comfort, and healing for each patient.\n

• Contribute ideas to strengthen our programs and services, knowing your voice matters.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n
• A current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the District of Columbia.\n
• 2–3 years of experience in home health, clinical leadership, or case management.\n
• Strong understanding of Medicare / Medicaid guidelines and home health regulations.\n
• A leader who balances accountability with encouragement.\n
• Excellent communication and organizational skills—someone who can listen as well as lead.\n
