Provider Enrollment Supervisor

A company is looking for a Provider Enrollment Operations Supervisor to lead a remote team supporting provider enrollment and healthcare operations.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise provider enrollment transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with SLAs

Mentor enrollment agents in resolving complex processing inquiries

Monitor service levels and escalate issues to management as needed

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in business management

6+ years of customer service experience, including 3-5 years in provider enrollment or healthcare operations

At least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role

Experience managing a remote team effectively
