Home Care Marketer

We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Independent Contractor Home Care Marketer to help expand our reach and build lasting community relationships.

Key Responsibilities :

Identify and establish relationships with referral sources.

Generate qualified leads and referrals for non-medical home care services.

Represent the agency professionally at community events, expos, and networking functions.

Collaborate with the agency’s management team to ensure smooth referral follow-up and onboarding.

Maintain records of marketing activities, outreach visits, and referral outcomes.

Qualifications :

Prior experience in home care, healthcare marketing, or community outreach is required.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Self-starter with strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout Prince William, Fairfax, and surrounding counties.

Knowledge of local healthcare and senior service networks preferred.
