Job description1–5 years of construction experience (required) Experience working with a General Contractor (ideally on commercial projects). Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and documentation Ability to read / interpret plans and specifications Proven commitment to jobsite safety Willingness and ability to travel extensively (Texas, Colorado , Louisiana and California) Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership potential Base salary $70,000 - $85,000 Per Diem
Our client is looking for a Travelling Assistant Superintendent to their dynamic and rapidly growing solar construction team.
As part of a leading solar contractor, you will support on-site project operations, coordinate field activities, and help ensure our solar installations are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities :
- Support the Superintendent with day-to-day field operations across various solar job sites
- Coordinate subcontractors, materials, schedules, and site documentation
- Monitor safety, quality, and productivity to ensure work is completed per plans and specifications
- Assist with jobsite reporting, daily logs, and progress tracking
- Work closely with project management and field leadership to drive project success
- Travel full-time to project locations (travel expenses covered)
