Physical Therapist (PT)

Summit Home Health Care is seeking a Physical therapist to provide outpatient therapy to individuals with intellectual and / or developmental disabilities in home based or group home settings. Summit’s growing DDD department has immediate part time shifts available for PTs, OTs, as well as SLPs.

Job Requirements

Licensed or eligible for New Jersey state licensure as a Physical Therapist

Provide a comprehensive treatment plan including goals and treatment modalities.

Professionalism, trustworthiness, accuracy, and dependability are essential

Passion and enthusiasm to provide creative evidence-based care

All new hires, including new graduates, will be supported and mentored

Pay : $80 - 85 an hour
