Area Retail Associate Upper North (Third Party)

YOUR MISSION

Position Summary : The candidate is responsible for managing Large Format Stores & National Key Account stores.

LFR : Lifestyle, Shoppers Stop. Centro (Earlier Central), Pantaloon etc.

National Key Accounts : Metro, Mochi, Walkway, Metro Active, Footlocker, Reliance Trend Footwear etc.

Key Objective :

Directly responsible for ensuring the respective Doors consistently achieves or exceeds sales, KPIs and profitability goals through the effective use of short- and long-term planning, expense control, sales and service.

Responsible for recruitment, training, development and succession of high performing and results driven Associates.

Responsible for ensuring training programs are successfully completed by all team members.

Analyze customer profiles, buying trends, and competitive information to impact and drive business. Communicate and provide feedback to Area / District Manager.

Communicate, manage and execute all VM driven initiatives.

Execution of employee engagement programs across all doors managed.

Ensuring timely working of payroll inputs for the team members managed.

Execute all requirements necessary to maintain a safe and compliant working environment for all Store Associates and Customers.

Required to work non-traditional hours; weekends, evenings, holidays; overtime may be required.

Ensuring regular store visits to all doors / stores managed and sharing store visit reports with Area / District Manager

Competition tracking Product / schemes. Counterfeit products / unfair practices to be highlighted.

Working on target allocation for the doors managed

Brand Desirability, Store Hygiene, Store Operations

Training scores, Product Knowledge

New locations in premium Doors

Organizational Relationships :

Internal : PUMA LFR Corporate team, Supply chain and Logistics, Merchandising, Projects, Training and P&O.

External : LFR Brand Partners & Key Account Partners, Dept Manager, Concept Manager, SM, TCM & Regional Manager at Brand Partner's end

Eligibility Criteria And Functional Competencies Required :

• Graduate with relevant retail experience (LFR experience preferred)
• Good inter-personal relationship skills
• Must be a brand-fit for PUMA from grooming point of view.
• Knowledge of excel / word / power-point / emails.
• Should have excellent communication skills, especially in English & Hindi.
• Should be open to travel and 6 working days
• Good written & verbal communication skills
• Strong sense of SOP adherence
• Flexibility to travel for work
• Alignment with Brand ideology
