Job Description :

• Map business requirements to Salesforce capabilities, determining custom vs. standard solutions.
• Drive the creation of prototypes, proofs of concept, and technical solution documentation.
• Oversee architecture reviews, ensure solution scalability, and enforce platform best practices.
• Lead workshops, user story creation, and backlog refinement sessions with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with development, admin, and business analysis teams to ensure the solution design is correctly implemented.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to project teams and client stakeholders.

Solution Architect is responsible for designing, developing, and overseeing robust Salesforce solutions that meet business and technical needs, with a strategic focus on scalability, integration, and stakeholder alignment.
