Key Responsibilities
Define and manage core payment operations and key performance indicators
Oversee fraud prevention and risk management strategies to protect assets
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and resolve payment issues
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or a related field
Advanced knowledge of global payment systems and regulations
Experience in payment operations within tech, fintech, or gaming industries
Proven background in fraud, risk, KYC, and investigation management
Strong analytical skills with experience in managing and leading teams
