Unit Overview :
Join our dynamic 24-bed Neurosurgical Unit where you will care for complex patients including :
Post-operative craniotomy patients.Receivers of cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine surgeries.Patients involved in our Comprehensive Stroke Program.High-volume surgical patients and medical overflow cases.What You'll Do :
Provide comprehensive, evidence-based patient care using the nursing process.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for safe and compassionate care.Utilize clinical judgment and critical thinking to ensure optimal patient outcomes.Enhance overall patient experience throughout the care continuum.Why Join Us?

Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans involving patients and families.Recognize significant changes in patient conditions and adjust care plans accordingly.Enhance patient safety and assess family readiness to learn, tailoring educational strategies to fit their needs.Coordinate discharge plans with a focus on evidence-based practices.Promote a culture of safety and intervene when necessary to mitigate risks.Engage in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to personal and team development.Requirements :
Registered Nurse license in the practicing state.Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.Completion of an accredited Nursing program.A minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience.Key Skills :
