Job Description

Adelphi is seeking Speech Language Pathologists to provide services to students at a school district in Waterbury, Connecticut.

The ideal candidates will provide services to students enrolled in the school district, in accordance with established standards of care

and in compliance with district policies and guidelines.

Requirements :

CT Department of Health licensure

CT State Department of Education certification

Master’s degree or Doctorate in Speech-Language Pathology

Responsibilities :

Conduct comprehensive assessments and re-evaluations that shape individualized therapy plans.

Engage individual and group therapy sessions that empower students to find their voice.

Support communication growth by addressing expressive / receptive language, fluency, articulation, and social-pragmatic skills.

Designing and implementing tools and approaches that open new pathways for communication.

Train teachers, staff, and families to use practical strategies that foster communication success across environments.

Any other duties as assigned.
