Senior Data Analyst (Madison)

Christensen Associates has an exciting opportunity for a full-time experienced

• Data Analyst in our Madison, Wisconsin office. Do you enjoy leading projects, programming, solving problems, and optimizing processes? If you answered yes, this position is perfect for you! You will play an important role in helping us solve complex, real-world problems for our largest client and assisting our Vice Presidents in mentoring and training our team of data analysts. You will also regularly use your in-depth technical / programming skills to dive into the data, assist with setting standards, improve processes, ensure reports are accurate, and answer client questions.

Note : job title / level is dependent upon years of experience and skills.

Key Responsibilities :

oCollect, clean, transform, and analyze complex datasets.

oValidate the data to ensure it is consistent and of sufficient quality.

oTroubleshoot data issues and answer client questions as they arise.

oCreate and / or update cost models, provide support for pricing changes and initiatives, regulatory reporting, and / or productivity measurements.

oQC employees work. Ensure data / reports provided to clients are accurate and sent timely.

oDocument analytical processes to ensure knowledge sharing and transparency.

Qualifications :

oManaging projects project resources, and clients.

oExtensive programming experience in Python and SQL.

oAnalyzing, managing, and maintaining large datasets.

oA successful track record of solving complex problems and continuous process improvement.
