the latest medical technologies, including robotic surgery.Competitive compensation & benefits.Supportive work-life balance.Your Role : Key Player in the OR : Assist in diverse gynecological surgeries (hysterectomies, myomectomies, laparoscopic, minimally invasive).Comprehensive Surgical Care : Pre-op to post-op management.Expert Collaboration : Work closely with top-tier gynecologists.Patient Experience : Compassionate care, education, and support.On-Call Duties : Emergency gynecological support.Outpatient Care : Detailed patient evaluations (menstrual irregularities, pelvic pain, fibroids, etc.).Diagnosis & treatment, including family planning & menopause management.Patient education & preventive care (pap smears, STI screenings).Chronic condition management (endometriosis, PCOS).Care coordination with specialists.Inpatient Care : Patient assessment & diagnosis.Collaborate with healthcare team (gynecologists, nurses, etc.).Order & interpret tests (ultrasounds, labs).Monitor patient progress & adjust treatment plans.Patient education & discharge planning.Qualifications : MA Advanced Practice Provider license.NP or PA
