Applied Scientist

A company is looking for an Applied Scientist. Key Responsibilities Research, design, and prototype new machine learning models for core product features Develop and test novel modeling approaches for home ranking and recommendation systems Own the full lifecycle of models, including experimentation, deployment, and performance monitoring Required Qualifications A Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field 2+ years of experience in an applied science, data science, or research role Experience designing, training, and analyzing machine learning models Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with machine learning libraries Experience with large scale distributed data processing systems
