Registered Nurse (RN) Regional MDS Consultant

REGIONAL MDS CONSULTANT. Prestige Healthcare Administrative Services is seeking an experienced RNAC with a proven track-record of success to join and support our regional nursing team!

This position pays Up to $125,000 based upon experience. This position has a hybrid work schedule with 60% travel. Seeking applicants local to DE and DC.

Job Duties :

• Will oversee 5 STAR and QRP Quality Measure outcomes for each center Ensure compliance is met with Prestige Processes and Guidelines
• Ensure Monthly Billing is completed by Deadline
• Have thorough understanding of CMI / ADD-ON programs in each state Conduct and coordinate the development and completion of the resident assessment (MDS) in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines, including the implementation of RAP's and Triggers
• Participate in facility surveys made by authorized government agencies
• Develop preliminary and comprehensive assessment of the nursing needs of each resident, utilizing the forms required
• Ensure that the assessment team is aware of the importance of completeness and accuracy in their assessment function and ensure awareness of penalties
