Job Description :

We Are Seeking an experienced Application Architect to provide technical leadership in designing, developing, and supporting complex enterprise Java applications. This role focuses on modernizing systems, ensuring application stability and security, aligning technical architecture with business requirements, and guiding development teams through architecture, integration, and implementation initiatives while maintaining strong data integrity and compliance standards.

Responsibilities :

• Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance to application development teams.
• Design, develop, and support complex Java / JEE-based applications and related web services.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure application architecture aligns with business needs and technical standards.
• Lead modernization initiatives to improve application performance, stability, scalability, and security.
• Design and maintain logical and physical database models and support data migration initiatives.
• Develop software design documentation and facilitate stakeholder review and approval.
• Participate in full software development lifecycle activities, including requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Develop technology roadmaps for supported applications and recommend cost-effective technical solutions.
• Support integration of software components into fully functional enterprise systems.
• Optimize SQL queries, troubleshoot performance issues, and ensure data integrity.
• Support CI / CD pipeline development and DevOps practices where applicable.
• Provide mentorship, technical oversight, and coaching to development teams.
• Collaborate across teams on large Agile projects and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure applications meet enterprise design standards, security requirements, and compliance guidelines.
