As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a busy logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintaining a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents. Your role involves conducting routine patrols, building positive relationships through exceptional customer service, and supporting a secure environment. What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the logistics and distribution location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or access.

Observe and report any unusual activity, security-related concerns, or maintenance issues during patrols.

Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential security-related incidents within the logistics and distribution environment.

Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and team members while carrying out assigned duties.

Follow post orders and instructions provided by Allied Universal and site management.

Minimum Requirements :

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
