Execution & Delivery

  • Own end-to-end product lifecycle management, from discovery and requirements gathering to launch and adoption.
  • Translate interoperability use cases (clinical, financial, administrative) into clear functional requirements for engineering teams.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders (providers, payers, EMR vendors, interoperability hubs) to prioritize integration of roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with UX and engineering teams to design intuitive workflows for SMART on FHIR applications.
  • Standards & Technical Expertise

  • Guide teams on best practices for HL7 v2, CDA, FHIR R4, SMART on FHIR, and emerging standards.
  • Support integration with EMR vendor APIs (Epic, Cerner, Athena, eClinicalWorks, Allscripts, etc.) and interoperability engines (Rhapsody, Mirth, InterSystems, Qvera, etc.).
  • Contribute to API design patterns and marketplace strategies for third-party developers and partner integrations.
  • Stakeholder Engagement

  • Act as product subject matter expert in discussions with customers, prospects, vendors, and regulatory bodies.
  • Develop product collateral, including use-case documentation, technical integration guides, and customer-facing roadmaps.
  • Partner with sales, marketing, and business development to position interoperability offerings in the market.
