Our client, an established, well respected Maryland firm is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Attorney to join its dynamic and successful Potomac, Maryland team. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with a senior partner who advises prominent developers and commercial property owners throughout Maryland and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate contracts for the purchase and sale of commercial real estate purchase
• Address title, survey, and due diligence matters
• Oversee and manage commercial closings
• Prepare and negotiate lease agreements on behalf of both landlords and tenants
• Engage directly with clients and manage matters with guidance and support
