Minimum qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
• 3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc.).
• Experience with Ads, the Ad Tech ecosystem, or API.
• Experience driving the product goals, go‑to‑market strategy, and design discussions.
• Experience working with Internet products, infrastructure and APIs.

The YouTube Ads Infrastructure team’s mission is to build a privacy‑safe, efficient, and scalable infrastructure platform that drives business growth, enhances ad relevance and performance, and boosts developer productivity. As the video ecosystem grows, YouTube and Google Ads is transitioning from a creator‑led product primarily for desktop and mobile, to new devices and new experiences with a growing stable of content partners.

In this role, you will lead YouTube Ads foray into these new growth areas. You will work with both internal and external partners to power the next set of YouTube Ads experiences, integrations and business models. You will collaborate with our Infrastructure and Product teams to build the YouTube Ads platform resulting in measurable business impact in new areas.

The US base salary range for this full‑time position is $183,000-$271,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
